现象：访问phpMyAdmin时出现“Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.”
原因：php的临时文件夹不存在或者临时文件夹的权限的设置不当，php无法将session文件写入该文件夹而引起。
解决：
1、在php.ini找到session.save_path（共能找到四处，修改前两处）这一行,设成session.save_path = "C:/Windows/temp"，并把分号去掉。
2、给C:/Windows/temp目录User用户的安全控制权限。
如果以上操作后仍然报错，则继续进行以下操作：
3、将php.ini中的session.auto_start的值改为1（启动），默认是0（禁用）。
4、在phpmyadmin中找到config.sample.inc.php，改成config.inc.php；找到 $cfg['blowfish_secret'] 将后面的赋值加入数字和字母组合。
