[软件故障] 速达3000 XP An error occurred while attempting to initialize the...的解决

现象：启动 速达3000 XP时提示：

SDServer
An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland Database Engine （error $2108）

随后提示：

Application Error
Cannot Create System Shell Notification Icon

解决：
1.初始化Database数据库时出错，应该查看数据库程序是否是运行状态。如果不是运行状态，请启动数据库。如果数据库是正常运行状态，找到C:\Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared下的BDE文件夹，整个儿删掉。下载个BDE重新安装就行。
2.一般这种情况都是重新安装速达软件，覆盖数据库造成的。 建议重新安装数据库， 然后再重新安装速达软件， 安装好了之后，将以前备份的数据库文件，在速达软件的服务器上面进行恢复。这样就好了。
3.这是 ADO报错。解决方法：在开始—运行，执行以下语句：regsvr32 /s "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\msado15.dll"  =》回车
regsvr32 /s "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\msador15.dll"    =》回车
regsvr32 /s "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\msadox.dll"   =》回车
regsvr32 /s "C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\msadomd.dll"    =》回车
如果，再过几天开机还出现以上报错，估计应该是中病毒了，那就得建议彻底重新安装操作系统后再安装软件使用。
4.将interbase数据库卸载掉，重新安装interbase即可。
