查看所有网络端口 netstat -an

[root@xxxxx~]# netstat -an

查看端口具体被那个进程占用 lsof -i :3690

[root@xxxxxx~]# lsof -i :3690
COMMAND   PID USER   FD   TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME
svnserve 8533 root    3u  IPv4  42704      0t0  TCP *:svn (LISTEN)

再使用以下命令查看详细信息：

ps -aux | grep 8533

最后kill-9 pid

kill -9 8533
