安装wincc不能成功！！在active communication environment处7%失败

装wincc6 sp4的过程中，sql2000 for wincc6已经安装，消息队列已经安装，wincc开始安装，选typical安装方式，安装active communication environment不过，谁知道是什么原因？ xp已经打了最新的sp3补丁

重启后再安装试试，如果不行，看看是不是wincc安装文件有问题。
