[color=green]原因：[/color]注册文件损坏。
[color=red]解决：[/color]
1) delete the file: c:\documents and settings\<username>\.borland\registry.slm
2) run c:\program files\borland\delphi7\bin\d7reg.exe
3) click next...
4) open then delphi7
